Privacy Policy
Effective October 5, 2026
This policy explains what information The Light Lounge Scottsdale collects when you visit our website, respond to one of our ads, or book a session, and what we do with it. It applies to lightlounge.snrg.me and to our ads on Facebook and Instagram.
Information we collect
When you request a free session, join our list, or fill out an ad's lead form, we collect:
- Contact details — your name, email address, and phone number.
- How you found us — which ad, page, or campaign you came from, so we know what's actually working.
- Basic site activity — pages viewed and general engagement on our website, collected automatically.
We do not collect payment information through our ads or lead forms, and we do not ask for any health or medical information as part of booking a free session.
How we use your information
- To follow up about your free session and answer questions, by text message, email, or phone.
- To schedule and manage your visit.
- To tell you about Charter Membership and other offers, where your permission or the applicable contact rules allow it, and to honor any request to stop.
- To understand which ads and pages are actually bringing in real visits, so we can spend our advertising budget on what works.
Text messages and email
When you ask us to follow up about a session or membership, we use the contact details you supply for that request. Giving us a phone number alone does not record permission for marketing or AI-voice calls. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. If you provide your email, you can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email we send. How we keep our do-not-call list is in our Do-Not-Call Policy.
Event texts: if you ask to attend one of our workshops and tick the optional box to receive texts, we also text you about that request: your request, your seat, reminders, and a follow-up after the workshop. These include personal texts from our team and answers from Lucia, our AI concierge, about your own seat. There are up to 10 automated texts per request, and message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any of them to opt out, or HELP for help. On our own forms, event texts are optional and never required to request a seat. Their terms are in our Terms of Service.
Automated, AI and pre-recorded voice: when you agree to be contacted, the calls and texts from Light Lounge Scottsdale and the companies that work with it may use automated technology, including AI assistants such as Lucia, our AI concierge, and artificial or pre-recorded voices. You are never required to agree in order to buy anything. Reply STOP to any text, or tell us on any call, and we will stop contacting you that way.
Requesting Lucia: our dedicated automated follow-up forms ask for an affirmative, initially unchecked agreement to booking help and offers by text and phone at the number you supply. The agreement is required to submit a request for Lucia's automated follow-up. It authorizes Light Lounge Scottsdale, operated by Feehan Group, LLC, and its service providers to send marketing texts and place marketing calls and voicemails using an AI-generated or prerecorded voice and technology that automatically selects and dials numbers. You do not have to agree in order to buy anything. You can book the same free first-session offer yourself through the booking option on our website without requesting automated marketing follow-up. We retain the form and wording version, the words shown, the affirmative response, the phone number supplied, and the submission and receipt times as evidence of the agreement.
Stopping or getting help: reply STOP to a text or say stop on a call to end that kind of contact. Text HELP for help, or call 480-306-6771. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. An older inquiry without this agreement is not automatically enrolled in AI-voice marketing calls.
Advertising on Meta (Facebook and Instagram)
We run ads through Meta's advertising tools. When you view our website or submit one of our lead forms, a small amount of information — such as a hashed (scrambled, non-reversible) version of your email or phone number, and which page or ad you interacted with — may be shared with Meta. This helps Meta measure how our ads are performing and helps us avoid showing ads to people who've already reached out.
If you submit your information directly through a Facebook or Instagram lead form, Meta shares that submission with us so we can follow up with you. Meta's own use of your information is described in Meta's Privacy Policy.
Phone verification on our new Lucia lead form: Meta sends a one-time verification code to the phone number submitted and asks the person to enter it before the form is submitted. This checks access to the submitted number. The separate agreement to calls and texts is still required. We receive the completed submission and the form's agreement response; we do not need or ask you to share the verification code with our team. We keep the form's verification setting with its policy evidence and do not label an older phone number verified based on a new form's setting.
Our workshop ads partner: Fovea Marketing Group runs our workshop ads on its Facebook Page, Workshops For Health. When you submit its form, Fovea passes your name, phone number, email, the session you picked, whether you are bringing a guest, and any request to stop to Light Lounge Scottsdale through a shared Google Sheet. Light Lounge Scottsdale uses that information only to confirm and run your workshop seat and to tell you about the workshop and Light Lounge's offers. To submit that form you tick its agreement box. When you do, Light Lounge Scottsdale (operated by Feehan Group, LLC), Fovea Marketing Group and the technology companies that work with them may call, text and email you at the number and email you gave about the workshop and Light Lounge's offers, using the automated, AI and pre-recorded voice technology described under Text messages and email. You are not required to agree in order to buy anything.
Your words (testimonials)
If you choose to share your words about a visit or a workshop, we keep what you wrote, the name form you picked, where you said we may show it, and which visit it was about. The Light Lounge Scottsdale team can see it; nobody else can until it is published, and then only in the places you ticked. We don't publish health results. Private words are deleted after 90 days. Published words are kept for up to 2 years unless you renew them. You can change or remove your words at any time with the link we emailed you or by calling 480-306-6771.
Who we share information with
We don't sell your personal information. We do share it with a small number of companies that help us run our business, only for the purposes described here:
- Meta — for ad delivery and measurement, as described above.
- GoHighLevel — our scheduling and customer relationship system, used to keep track of your visit and follow up with you.
- Twilio — the service that actually delivers our text messages.
- Resend — the service that actually delivers our emails.
- OpenRouter — routes requests from our AI assistants (our booking concierge, and the assistant our staff use to check memberships and bookings) to AI model providers, only to produce a reply.
- SNRG — builds and runs our website, member app and staff tools.
- MyTime — our booking system.
- Calendly: the scheduling service behind the page where you can book a follow-up with Dr. Curt Collins, DC, if you choose to. We send you there with a plain link that may carry campaign tags and a random reference code, never your name, email, phone or any health information. You type your own details on its page; please do not enter health information there.
Apart from Meta, whose own use is covered by Meta's Privacy Policy linked above, each of these companies is only permitted to use your information to provide their service to us, not for their own separate purposes.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won't be shared with any third parties.
