Terms of Service

These terms cover one program: Light Lounge Scottsdale event texts, the text messages you can choose to receive about a workshop you ask to attend at Light Lounge Scottsdale. Light Lounge Scottsdale is operated by Feehan Group, LLC. By ticking the text box on a workshop request form, you agree to these terms for those texts.

What the texts are

When you ask to attend a workshop and choose to receive texts, we send recurring automated and personal text messages to the mobile number you gave on the form. They are about your own workshop request and nothing else: your request, your seat, reminders, and a follow-up after the workshop.

• Automated texts about your request, your seat and reminders, and a follow-up after the workshop.
• Personal texts from our team at the studio, about your own seat.
• Answers from Lucia, the studio's AI concierge, when you text a question about your own seat. Lucia is an AI assistant, not a person.

Texts about your workshop come from Light Lounge Scottsdale's studio number, 480-790-7690.

Offers never appear in the texts in this program. We may email you offers about the workshop and Light Lounge, and every email has an unsubscribe link. We text you an offer only if you separately agreed to receive marketing texts from Light Lounge Scottsdale. Reply STOP to any text to end them.

How many texts

Up to 10 automated texts per request. Message frequency varies.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier sets those rates, and they depend on your plan.

Help and opting out

Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out.

• STOP is an English word, and it is the word your carrier reads, so send it as STOP.
• After you reply STOP you get no more texts from this program.
• Changed your mind? Reply START to turn these texts back on.

Texts are optional

On our own forms, texts are optional and never required to request a seat. If you leave the text box unticked, we reach you by phone call and email instead, and your seat request goes ahead the same way.

Delivery

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. A text can arrive late or not at all for reasons outside our control, so for anything about your seat that cannot wait, call us at 480-306-6771.

How we collect, use and protect your information, including your phone number and your choice to receive texts, is in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated.
